Monaco Hickey know that buildings are heavy users of water, energy and other raw materials, so it aims to minimise their use, as well as the results of construction such as waste and energy. Each project has a comprehensive site environmental plan, and Monaco Hickey's Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) achieve industry best-practice.
